Harmonicoots' Jamboree in Roseville
The Harmonicoots of Sun City Roseville, the largest working harmonica band in America, will put on their twelfth annual Jamboree under its theme, "Celebrating Harmonica," at the Timber Creek Ballroom, 7050 Del Webb Blvd., Roseville, on Tuesday May 9th at 7:00 p.m.
The Coots, as they are called, will play oldies and goodies such as "California Here I Come," Hello Dolly," and "Hey Good Lookin'," "Green Green," and many more popular songs, including tunes by our trio, octet, and soloists.
Back by popular demand, Jia-Yi He, one of the greatest harmonica virtuosos in the world will be the featured soloist. He will dazzle with magical sounds rarely heard on a harmonica. He has soloed with orchestras around the world, in China, Korea, and the United States. He was highlighted on the 5th season of the hit TV series America's Got Talent and teaches at the Turtle Bay Music School ln New York.
