Senior Fair in Sacramento with Exhibits, Prizes, and Rock-N-Roll!



Sacramento, CA - The fourth annual Senior Health & Leisure Fair is scheduled for Saturday, October 14th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel NE in Sacramento. The event features exhibits to make the lives of senior citizens happier, healthier and longer. Over 60 booths will cover an array of approaches to the various health and financial concerns of older Americans, as well as companies representing leisure activities.

The event is free to the public.



Elvis will be in the House! Blasts from the Past! The Music of Your Life!

Entertainment includes Award-Winning Elvis tribute artist Gene Lane, veteran of 15 tours to Japan, Paris, the Bahamas and voted best Elvis in Las Vegas at the Thunder Valley Casino. Gene is also a Rockin' DJ who'll play Blasts from the Past (50s, 60s and 70s Music). It's the music you grew up with!

Grammy artist Billy Bensing, a world traveler, top musician, singer, and songwriter has added a new genre to his act: the sweet sounds of "The Music of Your Life," from the 40's and 50's. The combined harmonies and instrumentation that Billy brings to these classic post-war standards is like the combination of red wine and dark chocolate.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel NE, 5321 Date Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95841 (Off Hwy 80 at Madison).
