Placer Theatre Ballet (PTB) presents The Nutcracker, a lively and colorful rendition of this holiday favorite that has become an annual tradition for many loyal patrons in the greater Sacramento and Placer areas for more than a decade. Join Clara as she steps from a festive party into a magical dream where soldiers and mice battle. After Clara and her beloved Nutcracker Prince defeat the Mouse King, they travel through a kingdom of snow and ice before arriving at the palace of the Sugar Plum Fairy, where a dazzling array of entertainers from around the world gather to give her an evening full of fantasy and fun that she will never forget.
The Nutcracker is an enchanting holiday treat for all ages and a wonderful holiday tradition for the whole family!
This year you can make a holiday dream come true for a child or senior in need with our Holiday Magic program! Ticket purchasers can sponsor a child or senior in need with a donation of any amount ($15 purchases a ticket) during checkout.
