Free Class on Business Security in Loomis

The Placer County Sheriff's Office is offering a free class to help business owners protect their businesses and themselves.

The class will be held Thursday, April 25, from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., at the Loomis Depot conference room, 5775 Horseshoe Bar Road, Loomis.

Topics to be discussed include: identity theft and counterfeiting; dealing with transients; high-tech crimes; business security; crime reporting and arrests; internal theft; and trespassing and parking concerns.
