Parents are invited to join a free, weekly walking club where they can Stroll to Thrive with their infants or toddlers.

Come to our kickoff event this Valentine's Day and take care of your heart by getting exercise, winning prizes, and networking with other parents.

9 a.m. - Noon
Westfield Galleria at Roseville
Indoor children's play area, 1st floor, near Sears

- 9 a.m. - Health and fitness presentation
- 9:30 a.m. - Stroller walk with a KP physician
- Great raffle prizes
- Pediatric information booths

After the kickoff, club members will meet each Friday at 9 .a.m for a 1-mile stroller walk. Members receive a free t-shirt, pedometer, and emails about guest physicians and upcoming activities.

This event is open to nonmembers and members of Kaiser Permanente.
