Rocklin Woman Missing After Leaving Auburn Hospital

UPDATE: Kathleen Pace has been safely located and this alert has been cancelled.

On January 8, 2013, the Rocklin Police Department received a report of a missing person.  Kathleen Pace is a 65 year-old female from Rocklin who suffers from dementia.

She was last seen on January 8, 2013, around 4:10 PM, leaving the Auburn Faith Hospital in Auburn, California.  She told family members the previous day that she was going to drive to Fontana, CA to see her sister.  Kathleen has not been seen or heard from since leaving Auburn on Tuesday.  Family members noticed that Kathleen removed all her clothing from her residence, but left some of her medication behind.     

Kathleen is a 65 year-old white female.  She is five feet two inches tall and weighs 135 pounds.  She has gray hair and green eyes.  Her vehicle is described as a 1993, turquoise Plymouth Sundance with a California license plate number of 3ARE938. 

The California Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert associated with this missing person case.  

Anyone with information as to Kathleen's whereabouts is asked to please call the Rocklin Police Department at (916) 625-5400.
