Casque Wines Tasting Room Opening in Loomis

Loomis, CA:  Two Loomis favorites have just gotten better.  Casque Wines, a local winery specializing in Bordeaux and Rhone Style Wines, and the Flower Farm property comprised of a B&B, event center, cafe and nursery are now proud to announce the new Casque Wines Tasting Room.

Casque Wines was founded in 2006 with the release of their first wines in the fall of 2008.  In 2011 Casque Wines opened up its winery in Loomis and quickly became a community favorite while offering not only award winning wines but a place where locals could come enjoy fine wines, listen to live music and simply enjoy friendly conversation.  While the winery will remain at its location on Swetzer Road, the new tasting room will provide a beautiful space year round at a location that has so much to offer.

"It has always been a goal of Casque to be an active part of the community in which we live and work," said Kevin Stevenson, owner and winemaker of Casque Wines.    "The opening of the new Tasting Room brings that dream to reality and offers a beautiful space to enjoy our wine."

On Saturday, February 23rd, Casque Wines will be having their Grand Opening Celebration from 11:00am - 5:00pm.  They will be offering complimentary tastings, small bites and raffle prizes (bring a wine-cork from a bottle you recently enjoyed to enter).  In addition to the activities at the Tasting Room, there will be a celebration at the Flower Farm Cafe which is delighted to introduce Joe O'Connor III who is now serving as executive chef for the Flower Farm Cafe and the newly launched Flower Farm Catering.  Grand Opening festivities at the Cafe include live music, raffle prizes, food specials and tasting of Flower Farm fresh squeezed orange juice.

The new Tasting Room is located at 9280 Horseshoe Bar Road, Loomis, 95650.  For additional information on Casque Wines, please visit www.casquewines.com or call 916.652.2250.
