Dinosaur Day - Science Fest in Rocklin

The Sierra College Natural History Museum presents the 2013 Dinosaur Day - Science Fest Sunday, March 10, 2013 9am - 4pm at the Sierra College Rocklin Campus, Sewell Hall, both inside and outside.  The Sierra College Natural History Museum presents the 2013 Dinosaur Day - Science Fest: Surviving Change, on Sunday, March 10, 2013.

This is a fun all-day family adventure. This year along with displays and activities surrounding the study of dinosaurs, Dinosaur Day-Science Fest will include demonstrations in paleontology and physics, and a planetarium show. This biennial event continually grows in popularity offering the community a day of lively lectures, fun activities and a chance to get an up-close look at the amazing collection of natural history specimens housed in the Museum located on the Rocklin Campus of Sierra College. Included in its collection of fossil dinosaurs are a triceratops skull, a pachycephalosaurus skull, T-rex skull replica, dinosaur leg bones, a giant theropod footprint and a full mount cast of a hypsilophodont.

The Rocklin Campus is located at 5000 Rocklin Road, in Rocklin. Pricing: Children 4-12 $7, Adults $10, Children under 4 Free. Free parking.
