Mother's Day Choral Concert in Rocklin
Rocklin- The Sierra College Music Department is proud to present a Mother's Day Choral Concert on Sunday, May 12th at 3:00pm in Dietrich Theatre on the Sierra College Rocklin Campus.
Join us as we celebrate Mother's Day (Moms get in free!) in an afternoon of choral music performed by the Sierra College Chamber Choir, under the direction of Sarah McQueen Cunningham, and the Sierra College Concert Choir, under the direction of Dorla Menmuir. Highlights will include "When the Saints Go Marching In," arranged by John Rutter, "O Aula Nobilis," by William Mathias, "Soirees De Vienne," by Franz Liszt, featuring pianist Walter Aldrich, "Voice Dance," by Greg Jasperse, and "Jabberwocky," by Sam Pottle.
The Sierra College Rocklin Campus is located at 5000 Rocklin Road, Rocklin, CA. Admission for this concert is $6 student/senior and $10 general. Tickets are available at the door. All proceeds benefit the Sierra College Music Department. There is a $3 parking fee on campus. Parking permits can be purchased at machines located within the campus parking lot.
