Come on out and bring the family to enjoy an evening at the speedway for some good Saturday night short track racing as the season nears its finale.
Heading into Saturdays event in the Modified division, Jay Linstroth continues to lead the field by a large 48 point lead over Scott Winters. With only three championship points races remaining the battles in all divisions will put on some exciting racing before the season comes to a close.
The Speedway lost a valuable dedicated Street Stock driver, Matt Camp. Camp was lost in a tragic boating accident at only 30 years young. He will be missed very much and our hearts go out to his family, his wife and his very young daughter. Not only did Matt help promote the track and the Street Stock division he spearheaded the new F4 Division which has flourished this year. Matt was always willing to help with any task and was always the best smile in the pits. We will miss him dearly. We will dedicate September 7th's Fan Appreciation Night to Matt Camp.
