Pair Arrested in Rocklin on Parole Violations and Drug Charges
On September 13th 2013 at about 1209 hours, Rocklin Police officers conducted a vehicle stop for a vehicle code violation.
Driver Mandy Ragan had a misdemeanor warrant and passenger Michael Moore had a warrant for a parole violation. Both Ragan and Moore were found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Moore was also found to be in possession of a synthetic opiate.
Moore was arrested for parole violations, possession of methamphetamines, possession of opiate (HS 11377, HS 11350), and Ragan was arrested for her warrant and possession of methamphetamines (HS 11377).
