Dr. Robert Fountain
Dr. Robert Fountain has a PhD in Urban Land Economics, Finance, and Urban Planning from UCLA and extensive research and publications experience for academic, corporate, and public agency applications. He has taught urban economic and development courses at UCLA and California State University, Sacramento, where he is a Faculty Emeritus. His expertise includes economic, land use, and financial planning, modeling, and forecasting.

Gordon Fowler is the founder and owner of 3fold, an award-winning marketing agency. 3fold works with clients of all shapes and sizes-from international corporations to grassroots-focused nonprofits; from national, state and local governments to educational and cultural institutions.
