Vehicle Theft - 1500 block Yellowstone Court
Unknown suspect(s) pried open the driver's door to the victim's vehicle. The ignition was tampered with and the vehicle was moved a short distance. The theft occurred sometime 02/16-02/17 between 1700-0900 hours.
Commercial Burglary (Intent), Conspiracy, 2200 block Sunset Blvd
Two unknown suspects entered the business and stole a basket full of merchandise. The suspects then fled in a dark colored four-door sedan. The burglary occurred on 02/17 at about 1805 hours.
Residential Burglary - 5700 block Terrace Drive
Unknown suspect(s) entered the victim's residence and stole numerous valuable guitars and electronics equipment. It is unknown how entry was made into the residence. The burglary occurred sometime on 02/18 between 1345-1715 hours.
Vehicle Burglary - 5800 block Ryan Taylor Drive
Unknown suspect(s) broke a window to the victim's vehicle and stole a back pack. The burglary occurred sometime 02/17-02/18 between 1630-0730 hours.
Grand Theft - 4000 block Del Mar Avenue, Precision West Telecommunications
A known suspect stole cameras from the business. The case is still under investigation. The theft occurred sometime between 02/12-02/18.
Commercial Burglary - 6000 block Placer West Drive, Placer West Apartments
Unknown suspect(s) entered the business laundry room area and attempted to break into several vending machines. The burglary occurred sometime on 02/19 between 0900-1145 hours.
Commercial Burglary, Conspiracy, 3000 block Stanford Ranch Road
Two unknown suspects entered the business and stole baby formula. The suspects then fled in a dark colored sedan. The burglary occurred on 02/19 at about 1850 hours.
Petty Theft - Vehicle 5600 block Bolton Way
Unknown suspect/s gained access to the victim's unlocked car parked in the driveway and
removed property. Occurred between 2-20-14 at 2130 hours and 2-21-14 at 0800 hours.
Burglary, Conspiracy, Possession Of Stolen Property 5600 block Pacific Street
On 02/17/2014 at about 1746 hours, officers responded to a report of a theft that had just occurred at an open business. Officers located the two suspects as they were walking away from the business. The suspects were arrested and booked at the Placer County Jail on the listed charges.

5400 block Crossings Drive
On 02/18/2014 at about 1757 hours, officers responded to a theft that had just occurred. Officers arrived and contacted the three suspects that were being detained by loss prevention. The three suspects were arrested and booked at the Placer County Jail on the listed charges.

Burglary, Check Fraud/Forgery, Commit Felony While Out On Bail
2200 block Sunset Boulevard
On 02/19/2014 at about 1705 hours, officers responded to a female in the bank attempting to pass a fraudulent and stolen check. Officers arrived and contacted the suspect. She was arrested and booked on the listed charges at the Placer County Jail. Arrested Ligaya Pierson (DOB-10/31/1962) from North Highlands
Violation Of Parole, Defrauding An Innkeeper 4500 block Tuttle Drive
On 02/20/2014 at about 1224 hours, officers responded to the 4500 block of Tuttle Drive for a report of a suspect that did not pay for his cab fare. Officers arrived and contacted the suspect. It was determined that he had also violated his parole. The suspect was arrested and booked at the Placer County Jail on the listed charges.

Stolen Vehicle, Possession Of Stolen Property, Hit And Run, Possession Of Controlled Substance, Battery On A Peace Officer, Resist Officer
2200 block Plaza Drive
On 2-21-14 at approximately 0610 hours, Officers and Fire personnel were called to the area on a report of a single vehicle that collided into a water valve system. As personnel arrived on scene, the driver / suspect was seen running through the business complex with property that was later determined to be stolen. The suspect was placed under arrest and was found to be in possession of controlled substances. A check of the vehicle's registration revealed the car was stolen out of Roseville. The suspect further resisted when he injured an officer and ran from the officer while still handcuffed. The suspect was caught again and booked into Placer County Jail on the above charges. Burglary - Residential
6600 block Blue Oaks Blvd
Overnight on 2-20-14 to 2-21-14, unknown suspects targeted several detached garages in an apartment complex. The suspects used an unknown pry tool to gain access to the automatic garage door pull - release rope. The suspects were then able to fully open the garage doors and removed miscellaneous property from several victims.
Burglary - Residential 200 block Ridgeview Cr
The suspect jumped a patio wall and removed a screen to the sliding glass door before breaking the glass and gaining entry into the apartment of his estranged wife. The suspect left the apartment with personal property and was arrested and booked into the Placer County Jail a short time later. Occurred on 2-21-14 at 1145 hours.

Willful Cruelty To Child, Possession Of Controlled Substance, Under The Influence Of Controlled Substance
5900 block Springview Dr.
Officers were called to the location when a two year old boy was found wandering alone in the roadway. The mother was contacted and determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance. A search warrant was obtained to search the residence and drugs and paraphernalia were located. The suspect was booked into Placer County Jail and the baby was released to Child Protective Services. Under The Influence Of Controlled Substance Monument Springs Drive and Calverhall Way
The suspect called for a police response to the area where he claimed to be working as a security officer for property that is under construction. The suspect was concerned because people were watching him. Officers did not locate anyone else in the area but determined the suspect was under the influence of a controlled substance. The suspect admitted to methamphetamine use. The suspect was booked into Placer County Jail. Arrested:
