Remedy Rx Grand Opening - Community Health Fair
Roseville, CA - Remedy Rx Pharmacy is proud to announce that they will be celebrating the debut of their new independent pharmacy with a two-day grand opening event on March 21st and 22nd.
The festivities will kick off on the 21st (a Friday) with a ribbon cutting from Senator Jim Nielsen and Roseville Chamber of Commerce, at 4:00pm. On Saturday from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m., Remedy Rx will be hosting a community health fair with a variety of free health care services and fun activities
The Health Fair will be staffed with seven licensed pharmacists who will be offering their services to the crowd free of charge. Attendees can receive a blood pressure screening, get their diabetes blood sugar levels checked, and measure their Body Mass Index and body fat. The pharmacists will also give free medical advice on how to lower your cholesterol and live a healthier lifestyle.
In addition to the free health services being provided, the Health Fair is going to have something fun for everyone to enjoy. Kids can get a balloon or have their face painted, and people of all ages will receive a free tote bag filled with goodies (while supplies last). There will also be sandwiches and refreshments, as well as a bake sale to raise money for Seniors First of Placer County.
Remedy Rx Pharmacy is an independently owned and operated Health Mart Pharmacy that offers a large variety of services to their customers, including free disposal for unused medications. Many people dispose of their medications by trashing them, or washing them down the drain, a dangerous practice that releases traces of the medication into the water supply.
Remedy Rx disposes of unused medication safely in a way that doesn't damage the environment and is encouraging the community to bring their unused medications for proper disposal. They also offer free delivery, custom medication compounding, and prescriptions with the same co-pay. Remedy Rx always has competitive pricing for all of their products.
Remedy Rx Pharmacy is located at 1420 E. Roseville Parkway, Suite 130 in Roseville, CA. For more information about Remedy Rx Pharmacy or their grand opening ceremonies, please visit their website at www.myremedyrx.com or call them at 916-740-1600.
