St. Baldrick's Head Shaving in Roseville
Roseville, CA --The 12th Annual St. Baldrick's Head Shaving event will take place this Saturday, March 15, 2014 at the Westfield Galleria in Roseville.
This event raises funds, locally and nationally, for childhood cancer research. In solidarity with children battling cancer, heads are shaved in front of thousands in return for pledges of financial support.

In the 1940's all children diagnosed with the most common form of childhood cancer, acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), died within a few months of diagnosis but because of funds raised over the years we are now close to a 90% survival rate and half the number of relapses.
