Deep Purple Coming to Thunder Valley
In life, there are just some bands every rock fan should see at least once if afforded the opportunity.
Deep Purple is one such band.
Thankfully for local rock fans, opportunity rolls into Thunder Valley Resort on August 8, 2014. Tickets On Sale
Formed in the late 60's and morphing into various permutations over the ensuing decades, Deep Purple is much more than the stereotype delivered by droll, uninspired "Classic" rock radio stations of today.
Their live shows blend the best of rock's heyday with a musical force that appeals to younger legions of fans.
Deep Purple performances draw from their extensive catalog and often reside among the upper echelon of live performing bands in rock history. It's difficult to challenge those bold assertions.
Recent performances courtesy of YouTube, show the band's current lineup as tight, relaxed and sounding fantastic.
For rock fans, Deep Purple's arrival in Lincoln just might be the night to experience the best rock band to touchdown at Thunder Valley to date.
