An Afternoon of Folk Songs May 18th in Rocklin

Rocklin- The Sierra College Music Department is proud to present a Spring Choral Concert on Sunday, May 18th at 3:00pm in Dietrich Theatre on the Sierra College Rocklin Campus.

Join us for an afternoon of contemporary choral music and folk songs from around the world performed by the Sierra College Chamber and Concert Choirs, under the direction of Sarah McQueen Cunningham. Highlights will include "Greensleeves," arranged by the King's Singers, "Ereve Shel Shoshanim," by Moshe Dor and Josef Hader, and the traditional piece "Loch Lomond." Also featured on the program will be mandolinist and Sierra College student Kaden Hurst, and Music Department faculty members Rob Bonner and Tim Stephenson.

 The Sierra College Rocklin Campus is located at 5000 Rocklin Road, Rocklin, CA. Admission for this concert is $6 student/senior and $10 general. Tickets are available at the door. All proceeds benefit the Sierra College Music Department.
