Elevation Fitness Camp Offered by Roseville Personal Trainer
Roseville, CA - Elevate your mind and body in the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains.
Casey Wilson of Wilson Personal Training in Roseville is now offering Elevation Fitness Camp, a weekend camp at Donner Mine Camp in Nevada City that is designed to help you gain knowledge about fitness and healthy nutrition.
Classes will be taught in various fitness disciplines such as circuit training, yoga and running groups. Classes will be scheduled throughout the mornings and afternoons. Take home material will be given for each class you take, so you can continue your exercise programs at home. Some fun fitness challenges will be set up for those who choose to participate.
This camp is for all fitness levels, but is tailored for beginner to intermediate fitness level campers.
Nutritional presentations will be given during camp that will provide you with valuable information that you can take back to your kitchen. Healthy meals will be served at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Healthy snacks will be available throughout the day and nutritional information will be posted for all food served.
The goal of this camp is to give you knowledge and inspiration to continue your fitness lifestyle throughout the year.
