Rocklin City Council: 2 Seats Up for Grabs

Two Rocklin City Council seats are up for election during the upcoming General Municipal Election on November 4, 2014.

City Councilmembers whose terms are expiring are Diana Ruslin and Scott Yuill. Councilmembers serve four-year terms.

The City of Rocklin has no term limits.

City Council candidates must be 18 years of age, a citizen of the United States, and a registered voter residing within the City limits.

Nomination papers are available at the City Clerk's office, located at 3970 Rocklin Road, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. beginning July 14 through August 8, 2014. Nomination papers are due August 8, 2014. If an incumbent does not file by that date, other qualified individuals may file during an extension period through August 13, 2014.
