Unknown suspect(s) entered two of the victim's unlocked vehicles and stole property. The thefts occurred sometime 07/16-07/17 between 2359-0600 hours.
Residential Burglary - 3000 block Meridian Way
Unknown suspect(s) entered the victim's garage and stole tools and stereo equipment. The burglary occurred on 07/17/2014 between 1200-1600 hours.
Burglary (Shoplifting) - 4500 block Rocklin Road
Two unknown male suspects entered the business and stole alcohol. The suspects fled prior to officers arriving. The burglary occurred on 07/17/2014 between 0020-0021 hours.
Burglary - Vehicle 5700 Springview Drive
Unknown suspect/s used bodily force to pull open the window from the frame of the vehicle door, reached in and unlocked the door prior to removing a purse from the inside of the car. Occurred on 7-18-14 at 0530 hours.
Burglary - Vehicle / Vandalism 5200 block 2nd Street
Unknown suspect/s forced entry into the victim's vehicle by prying open and removing the rear passenger window. The suspect/s removed property and fled the scene.Occurred between 7-19-14 at 2300 hours and 7-20-14 at 0830 hours.
Residential Burglary- 4000 block Silver Star Court
On 07/15/2014 at about 1:27PM, officers responded to a report of a suspicious male inside of a residence in the 4000 block of Silver Star Court. Officers arrived and determined the suspect was transient and had entered the residence without the permission of the home owner. The suspect was arrested and booked at the Placer County Jail on the listed charges. Arrested: Douglas Edwards, 28, Transient

4400 block Rocklin Road
On 07/16/2014 at about 3:02AM, officers contacted a suspicious female subject in the lobby of a hotel in the 4400 block of Rocklin Road. The female was associated with another male subject and a room at the hotel. During a search of the room controlled substances and narcotic paraphernalia were found. The suspects were arrested and booked at the Placer County Jail on the listed charges.
Arrested: Susan Fagan, 28, from Rocklin and Aaron Karn, 26, from Rocklin

6000 block West Oaks Boulevard
On 07/17/2017 at about 2:25AM, officers made a traffic stop in the 6000 block of West Oaks Boulevard. One of the occupants was on probation and a search of the vehicle was completed. During the search, officers located controlled substances and narcotics paraphernalia. The suspect was arrested and booked at the Placer County Jail on the listed charges.

5900 block Springview Drive
On 07/17/2014 at about 12:08PM, officers responded to the 5900 block of Springview Drive for the report of a woman being held against her will. The suspect was known to the victim and he fled prior to officers arriving on scene. A perimeter was established and the suspect was quickly apprehended in the area. The suspect was arrested and booked at the Placer County Jail on the listed charges.

Burglary Commercial / Conspiracy To Commit Crime / Possession Of Controlled Substance / Possession Of Narcotic Paraphernalia
5400 block Crossings Drive
Both suspects were seen entering the store with paper receipts and no merchandise. Store security maintained surveillance and watched as the male and female selected merchandise that corresponded with the receipts they held. The male then approached the customer service desk with a cart full of merchandise and requested a refund. Both suspects were detained and placed under arrest.
