ROSEVILLE, Calif. - Author Jack L. Parker announces the nationwide release of his new book, "The Valley of Tranquility," where he shares a moving tale of adventure and discovery.

In "The Valley of Tranquility," the readers will walk the steps of Mike Stratton, a man who lives for adventure and exploration. In one of his past adventures with his friends, he came across this beautiful, off-the-path beaten valley. It was breathtaking for Mike. He also never forgot about it ever since.

The valley had cast its magic spell. Mike could not count the times he had dreamed of returning. He knew from the first time he saw it that someday, he would somehow go back there to live. Now, years later, he returns to finally revisit the valley of his dreams. Will he stop dreaming of more adventures? Will he be able to finally live his dreams?

Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher, or by visiting barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.

Parker lives in Roseville, Calif., with his wife, Susan, and three small dogs. He is currently working on the fifth book of his adventure book series.
