Birds & Brew Fundraising Event at Moonraker Brewing

Gold Country Wildlife Rescue Biannual Birds & Brew

AUBURN - Gold Country Wildlife Rescue (GCWR) is holding our 4th Biannual Birds & Brew Fundraising Event and this one is proving to be the best one yet!

Join us at Moonraker Brewing Company on their beautiful outdoor patio on March 24th, from 4:30pm-9pm, rain or shine!  Visit up-close with our Ambassador Birds (hawks, owls, falcons, and more!), enjoy award-winning beer, great food from Bella Familia Wood Fired Pizza, a live raffle and a rockin' concert by TruTABOO! We'll have other GCWR goodies onsite as well.

From 4:30pm - 6pm Gold Country Wildlife Rescue's wildlife ambassadors (including a few guest birds) will be in attendance giving you the chance to meet some of our local wildlife in person.  This is an unforgettable experience for people of all ages to see animals like Bella, our Great Horned Owl, up-close.  These ambassador animals, that have been rescued and unfortunately are unreleasable, help educate and excite children and adults alike.  Come say hello, learn more and help us continue our mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and release over 120 species of local wildlife.

From 6pm-9pm TruTABOO will take the stage for a concert that's sure to be a great time for all.  If you've seen TruTABOO perform you know it's not to be missed and if you haven't, now's your chance to find your new favorite band.

So please join us in celebrating GCWR and showing your support to help us continue providing these services to the community, free of charge, as we have for over 26 years.  Come have fun and enjoy local brew, eats and tunes while at the same time becoming a wildlife hero!

Adult tickets (18 years and older) are $25 and include a custom Birds & Brew pint glass, 1 free beer/soda ticket (age/preference dependent) and 1 free raffle ticket.  Kids 12-17 are $10 and kids under 12 are free!  You can purchase tickets by going to
