Dinosaurs 3D: Giants of Patagonia at IMAX Theatre

DINOSAURS Come to Life on Sacramento’s Largest Screen

Sacramento, CA, April 12, 2007 – Stomp in to the Esquire IMAX Theatre on Friday, April 27 for the debut of Dinosaurs 3D: Giants of Patagonia. Take a journey back in time with world-renown paleontologist Rodolfo Coria, as he visits sites of major Dinosaur discoveries. Watch in amazement as computer-generated beasts come to life in 3D on the giant 6-story IMAX screen!

Dinosaurs fascinate us so much, that many people wish they were amongst us today. If it weren't for a series of cataclysmic events; a comet impact being first on the list, our planet could still be the domain of dinosaurs.

Fortunately, the Dinosaurs seen in the large 3D format of IMAX will be the closest thing to actually being in the presence of these extraordinary creatures; without looking into our own extinction at the same time.

“This film is what IMAX is all about,” says Doug Link, Director of the Esquire IMAX Theatre, “It’s both educational and entertaining. There is no better place to see the largest creatures to ever walk the earth, than on the largest screen in the state, right here at the Esquire IMAX Theatre." http://www.imax.com/sacramento
