At least ten vehicle break-ins, or thefts from vehicles have been reported in east Roseville neighborhoods bordering Cirby Way since Sunday night, July 6.  

One of the thefts, which occured at about 3 a.m. Monday morning, was captured on a home video surveillance system.  In the video, which can be viewed here, an SUV is seen pulling up to the victim's driveway. A male and female are seen getting out of the SUV, opening the victim's unlocked vehicle door, rifling through the vehicle and removing several items. They are then seen getting back into their SUV and leaving the area.

The suspects' vehicle appears to be a late 90s model Toyota 4-Runner or similar sports utility vehicle with a moon roof.  One of the suspects is a white female adult with blonde hair pulled up in a ponytail, and another suspect appears to be a young white male adult. A third unseen suspect is driving the SUV.

Residents are reminded to park vehicles inside their locked garages overnight. If residents must leave vehicles outside, they should lock them and remove all valuables.  Residents are also urged to call 911 immediately if they see or hear suspicious activity.
