Beginning in 1979 Nancy Henderson (owner of Sunnymaids Referral Agency),
set herself to work hard and achieve The American Dream. Giving a
hundred and ten percent brought the customers, add Honesty and
Reliability to Quality and Perseverance kept the customers coming back.
It's the winning combination for a successful business. Soon friends and
neighbors of customers began calling and Nancy found herself overflowing
with clients. "Home cleaning is a personal thing", says Nancy. "A
person's home is a private sanctuary, always to be treated with respect
and care. With these "Golden Rule" principles paramount, it wasn't long
before the agency became a reality. After 26 years Nancy is still using
her knowledge of housecleaning and people skills to arrange, find and
register the very best housecleaning business available. Her search for
housecleaning businesses that value high principles has been worth the
work. At 56 Nancy is thankful and blessed. Nancy is now pursuing her 2nd
American Dream - The opening of Tuscany Art + Home Decor Gallery
"Tuscany Gallery " where she markets her Napa Valley + Mediterranean
Vineyard Oil Painting along with many Prints, Giclee's and Canvas
Transfers. She does custom framing + many beautiful silk floral
arrangements, sells unique lamps and much more. Showing that in america
it truly pays to be honest, have impeccable high principles and a desire
to live your dreams.
I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to visit our art
gallery. I have created a unique combination of housekeeping and art,
which is reflected in the setting of Tuscany Gallery and the Sunny Maids
Referral Agency office. The Gallery and Sunny Maids are artistically
blended so as to be indistinguishable. The dream of a gallery has been
in my heart since the age of 18 when I began to teach myself to paint. I
have told many clients that this unique combination is an object lesson
for anyone coming into the Gallery: a beautifully cleaned home is
incomplete without the right art, but art in an unkempt home is like a
jewel set in brass instead of gold.
You and your family are welcomed to visit the Tuscany Gallery, which
specializes in Mediterranean, Old World and Wildlife paintings as well
as special gifts that are set amidst many brightly colored orchid and
other silk floral arrangements. This cozy and elegant atmosphere
enhances the magnificent paintings displayed, which helps the viewer
imagine what the piece of artwork would look like if transported into
their own living rooms. I believe that walls should do more than just
separate floor from ceiling. Walls decorated with the right artwork can
create the stuff dreams are made of.
I hope you will come and enjoy the art gallery, meet our office staff,

to Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Fridays 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. We're closed
Saturdays, however the Gallery is open occasionally on Sundays. The
Gallery & Sunny Maids office is located on the corner of Sunrise and
Douglas Blvd., behind the Schools Credit Union and the Bible House in
Roseville. Take Freeway 80 to the Douglas East Exit and go to the first
light, which is Sunrise Blvd. Turn left and make the first right into
the shopping center. We are the second store.
